preheat oven to 200c & grease baking tray
blend chicken mince with onions, ginger garlic, salt, garam masala..red chilli..butter, bread slices,egg,mint-coriander,green chillies to smooth paste & make dough
divide dough into equal size balls. take a small portion of mixture & stick it to the wooden skewer just like seekh kabab. arrange them in greased tray, brush little oil on top & bake for 15-20 minutes or until done . remove the skewer from the seekh & keep aside
for gravy: heat oil in deep pan . add bay leaves, ginger garlic paste dry masalas & cook for few seconds. add water , prepared onion paste, & let it simmer on medium flame.
once the oil floats on top add the seekh kababs .
garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with garlic nan
